Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Singapore citizens in financial need can receive assistance from MOE with school fees and other expenses. Please visit https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance for more information.

Financial Assistance Scheme eligibility criteria

Eligibility forMOE FAS

- Child must be a Singapore Citizen

- Monthly gross household income of ≤ $4,000, orA monthly per capita income (PCI) of ≤ $1,000.

Eligibility for School-Based FAS

- Pupils who do not qualify for MOE FAS may be considered for School-Based FAS on a case by case basis.
